FEES & ARRANGEMENTS

Vehicle and project-related costs

Choose the support you need. Vehicle arrangements and project-related services are quoted according to your itinerary and the scope you commission.

Vehicle & driver

Quoted by vehicle type and itinerary

Vehicle fees include the driver and are quoted according to the vehicle type, duration, pickup points and route.

Specific support & delivery-related actual costs

Quoted according to the work required

Sample purchases, specific design or testing, storage, re-packing, consolidation, shipping and destination-related services are listed separately according to the agreed scope.

Not every project needs every service listed here. The agreed quotation sets out what is included, what is quoted separately and who is responsible for each arrangement.

Discuss my visit and project scope
How is the vehicle and driver fee calculated?

Vehicle fees include the driver and are quoted according to the vehicle type, duration, pickup points and route.

Are samples, storage and shipping included in my service fee?

Check the agreed quotation. Sample purchases, specific support, storage, re-packing, consolidation, shipping and destination-related services are listed according to the scope you request. The quotation sets out what is included and what is quoted separately.

Can I arrange delivery or installation myself?

Yes. Tell us which arrangements you want Kirin to coordinate and which you will handle yourself. The quotation and responsibilities are confirmed for that scope.

Does an inspiration image represent a fixed-price whole-home package?

No. The images help explain a style direction. Products, quantities, dimensions, materials, service arrangements and delivery scope need to be agreed before a useful quotation can be prepared.

Product payments & contracting roles

A · Pay suppliers directly

Confirm the sales contract, specifications, payee and payment stages with the selected supplier. Kirin coordinates the agreed work. Supplier-direct orders are excluded from the remote fee credit.

Approval record: contract role · payee · payment stages · changes & issue handling

B · Arrange payment through Kirin

Before paying, identify Kirin’s role as procurement agent or seller, the contracting entity, payee, goods and use of funds. No added collection fee; actual bank or transfer charges may apply. This is not escrow or a payment guarantee.

Check local and destination costs separately

Vehicles include a driver and are quoted by type. Inspection, holding, consolidation, packing, international transport and destination clearance, delivery and installation are quoted by scope and provider. Cancellation, overtime and changes follow the booking record confirmed before payment.

Is there a minimum purchasing budget?

No fixed minimum budget is required. A whole home, a few pieces, one day of accompaniment or defined support for existing orders can all be discussed. Supplier minimum orders and shipping costs still depend on the products and destination.

Do I need a complete product list or finished design?

No. Start with what you have: rooms, style references, a floor plan, priorities or a destination. We help develop the selection brief. Final measurements and custom production drawings still need the appropriate checks before ordering.

Who do I pay for the products?

You may contract and pay suppliers directly, or use a Kirin-handled payment arrangement for the project. The order records identify the seller, recipient, payment milestones and how changes or after-sales issues are handled. Kirin’s role depends on the arrangement recorded for that order.

Can I request the person I saw on social media?

Yes, you can request a team member. We arrange visits around availability, and another Kirin client manager may support your project. The people featured in our team content are part of Kirin, not independent outside endorsers.

What does item-by-item inspection cover?

Before packing, we check each item against the agreed order for model, quantity, dimensions, colour, visible finish, hardware and basic function, as applicable. Findings are recorded with a checklist, photos and videos. Specialist tests or certification documents require separate arrangements; item-by-item checks are not a zero-defect guarantee.

Can you arrange delivery to my home and installation?

We can arrange shipping and destination support through partners. Delivery to the address, unloading, carrying into rooms, assembly and fixed installation are separate scope items. Tell us what you need so the quotation states what is included.

What is separate from the service fee?

Product payments are separate. Depending on the project, there may also be vehicle, sample, specialist design or testing, storage, repacking, freight, tax and destination-service costs. See Fees & Payment for the current service rates and the remote fee credit rules.

What happens if an issue is found?

Before shipment, we record the issue, contact the supplier and coordinate rework and reinspection. For damage, missing items or specification concerns after arrival, contact Kirin with the order and receiving records. We help progress replacements, claims or a practical resolution with the responsible parties.

How much is on-site accompaniment?

A fixed US$150 per consultant, per client group, per 8-hour service day—not per guest. Products, vehicles and applicable third-party costs are listed separately.

Does accompaniment include a vehicle and driver?

No. A vehicle with driver can be arranged separately and quoted for the vehicle and itinerary. The consultant fee and vehicle fee are separate.

Is the day fee refunded after buying furniture?

On-site accompaniment is a separate service. Its fee remains payable after a purchase and is not a merchandise credit.

Can I source without visiting Foshan?

Yes. Start with a remote discussion. General direction is free; formal remote sourcing starts with a US$50 fee. See Fees & Payment for the merchandise-credit conditions.

Tell us where your home is, and what you need.

A destination, sourcing categories and preferred timing are enough to start. Send plans or images later through WhatsApp or email.

Discuss the brief first, then confirm scope, fees and team availability.
