Know the work before paying

The remote sourcing start fee is US$50. Confirm the categories, communication method, selection work and follow-up before starting. Goods, logistics, samples and specialist costs are confirmed separately where applicable.

Confirm your selection before production

Compare supplier images, samples, materials and quotations. Confirm dimensions, quantity, colours and production drawings. After approval, we follow production and share item-by-item checks and issue handling before packing. A room rendering alone is not a product specification.

How the remote sourcing credit works

The US$50 may be credited against goods for eligible purchases through pre-agreed Kirin channels above US$1,000 in goods value. Logistics, on-site accompaniment and orders paid directly to suppliers are not eligible. Confirm the channel and threshold details before starting; there is no automatic cash refund.

Confirm payment and delivery separately

Pay suppliers directly or use a project-specific Kirin payment arrangement. Contract roles and credit eligibility depend on that arrangement. Customs, taxes, room delivery and installation are agreed separately, not included automatically in the start fee.

Per consultant, per client group, per 8-hour service day

One client group per consultant. Not charged per guest. Agreed accompaniment, interpretation and supplier communication; payable even after a purchase. A vehicle with driver is quoted separately. Previously agreed quotes and orders retain their currency and amount.

The accompaniment fee remains payable when you purchase products.

Initial discussion and broad direction are free. Paid work begins with product selection, supplier comparison and coordinated follow-up.

The US$50 fee can be credited against eligible remote product orders over US$1,000 placed through Kirin’s designated purchasing channel. Direct payments to suppliers, shipping charges and on-site accompaniment are excluded. Eligibility and the credit are recorded with the order.

Vehicle & driver: Quoted by vehicle type and itinerary
Vehicle fees include the driver and are quoted according to the vehicle type, duration, pickup points and route.
Specific support & delivery-related actual costs: Quoted according to the work required
Sample purchases, specific design or testing, storage, re-packing, consolidation, shipping and destination-related services are listed separately according to the agreed scope.
