Start with the rooms and priorities
List the rooms you want to furnish and mark what you need to buy, what you already own and what must fit a fixed space. Keep essential purchases separate from optional additions. A simple list is enough to begin.
Bring references that explain your preferences
Save a few images and note what you like about each: shape, material, colour or storage. Add budget direction where available. References help selection, but do not replace final dimensions or a production specification.
Keep measurements and access conditions together
Bring a floor plan and available measurements. Include doorways, lifts, stairs and any delivery restrictions. For cabinetry or windows, prepare the current drawing version and the person responsible for checking the site dimensions.
Use the visit to resolve the right questions
Ask about materials, finishes, sample options, production timing, order terms and packaging—not only the ticket price. Record the selected product and supplier together so that later quotations can be matched to the item you actually discussed.
Bring useful information
List the needs for each room, your budget direction or undecided status, reference images, layouts, access limits, destination and target receipt date.
Keep a selection record
Give each candidate item an ID. Record the supplier, dimensions, colour, material, price currency, included work, images and open questions. Similar products are hard to distinguish from photos alone.
Confirm before ordering
Approve dimensions, production drawings, samples, quantity, payment stages, expected completion and packing/delivery scope. Liking an item is not production approval.
Arrange a Kirin visit
Confirm preferred dates, group size and language support in advance. Contact the team at least two days ahead to arrange the service; complex custom preparation is discussed separately.
