Sourcing-Related Fees

For purchases arranged through Kirin, Kirin does not add separate sourcing, consultation, selection-and-styling support or order-follow-up fees.

No separate Kirin consultation fee is added if you decide not to buy. Booked on-site accompaniment remains a paid service, regardless of whether you purchase furniture.

Vehicle charges and applicable third-party costs are separate.

Furniture Contracts and Payments

Furniture contracts and payments are handled directly with the selected supplier. Kirin helps coordinate the purchasing process.

Design Arrangements

Dedicated design work is separate from the daily on-site service.

Selection-and-styling support during sourcing is different from a complete design scheme or renderings. Dedicated design scope, fees and provider are agreed separately.

For factory-provided design arrangements, a design-intent deposit is paid to the relevant factory and can be credited against furniture purchases under that factory's agreed terms.

Confirm the amount, eligible order and refund conditions in advance.

Checks, Logistics and Installation

Basic on-site checks are included for furniture purchases coordinated through Kirin.

Professional third-party inspection is arranged separately.

Kirin helps connect buyers with relevant logistics and installation providers and explains the coordination process. Applicable third-party costs are paid by the customer.
