Confirm changes before ordering. The route follows your priorities, without promising to finalise every custom item in one day.

After your visit: keep agreed orders moving

Within the agreed scope, we continue supplier communication, production follow-up, item-by-item checks, corrections and shipping coordination. Contact Kirin about arrival issues so they can be followed up under the relevant order, supplier and logistics responsibilities.

The daily fee

US$150 per consultant, for one client team, for an 8-hour service day—not per visitor. Vehicles with drivers are quoted separately by type. Confirm airport transfers and overtime before booking. Language support is arranged around team availability.

Confirm your visit arrangements

Our team confirms the consultant, timing and fees after receiving your request. Agreed days are prepaid. Changes and flight delays are discussed; cancellation may retain part of the booking payment, explained before payment. Kirin refunds payment if it cannot provide the agreed service.

A sedan, SUV or MPV can be arranged. Vehicle charges include the driver and are separate from the US$150 consultant day fee. Share your group size, luggage, pickup points and expected route so the vehicle and quotation match the trip.

Vehicle photos show the exterior, rear seating and luggage area. Capacity depends on the arranged model and usable seats.

Confirm the scope

Airport transfers, routes across areas, parking and overtime are stated for the actual arrangement, not assumed to be included.

Arrange pickup

Confirm the location, time and contact. Driver details are shown only within the actual arrangement and permitted public scope.
