Products and order-specific work
Start with the goods and list samples, custom drawings, special finishes or packaging that the order requires. Record the currency and what the supplier quotation includes. A reference image does not establish a final product price.
China-side support and preparation
Keep the service fee, vehicle, collection, storage, repacking and export preparation as separate lines where applicable. Whether an item is included depends on the service you engage and the recorded order arrangements.
Transport and the destination
Request a quotation using the final packing information and destination. Ask whether it covers port delivery or an address, unloading, carrying indoors and installation. Duties and taxes need the relevant product and destination details; a generic percentage is not a reliable project quote.
Keep changes visible
A changed product, extra crate or delayed shipment can alter the cost. Keep the revised scope, the reason for the change and the party accepting it in the order record. Compare totals only after the same delivery and service scope has been defined.
