Japandi Bedroom

A quiet bed center with a usable wardrobe side

The low wood-grain bed brings the pale headboard and white bedding into one broad center. Paired rounded pendants frame it without filling the wall, while the wardrobe on the right makes the bed-side route part of the composition. Keep that route usable before adding another chair or bench.

Start with the window, wardrobe and complete bed

The left window and sheer curtain bring side light across the bed and rug. The tall wardrobe occupies the right edge; two small bedside units sit close to the headboard. Put the full bed perimeter, curtain movement, occupied bedside positions and wardrobe opening on the measured plan. Include the bedframe beyond the mattress, cabinet handles and the route toward the back of the room.

Four choices keep the bedroom coordinated

Keep the headboard low so the wall remains part of the room. Place each pendant around the activity on its side of the bed, with reachable controls. Repeat warm grain on the bedframe, small drawers and wardrobe, then use different textiles to soften those firm surfaces. Finally, check the complete bed against the wardrobe rather than choosing each item in isolation.

Let white bedding separate the warm surfaces

Wood grain occupies the floor, bedframe and wardrobe; pale beige remains on the wall, headboard and rug. The broad white bedding creates a clearer center inside those related warm tones. Compare the throw and headboard swatches against the bedding in daylight and under the intended evening lights. Keep the landscape print and small vessels quieter than the bed itself.

Confirm the bed, drawers and wardrobe as a group

The small bedside drawers balance the wider bed without matching the wardrobe’s height. Check the final mattress and frame height against drawer access and reaching for a cup or switch. Test drawer extension and cabinet opening with the bed in place. Confirm the headboard’s center division, upholstery edges, frame outline and leg positions on the supplier’s drawing, alongside the complete outer dimensions.

Compare texture at the contact and connection points

The pale headboard has a close textile surface; the white bedding forms softer folds, and the rug reads as a coarser weave. Keep these samples distinct. For the wood-grain items, compare exposed edges, handle details and the proposed grain direction instead of approving one general wood color. Record the actual substrate, covering composition, attachments and care instructions with each selected product.

Locate both pendants around the final bed height

The rounded shades sit above the bedside units, leaving the central wall open. Check their diameter, suspension, shade material and light distribution with the actual fitting. From a seated or lying position, test glare, reaching for the switch and clearance when standing beside the bed. Decide whether reading needs separate task light, and confirm the destination’s electrical and installation requirements before ordering.

Keep softness without narrowing the side route

A wider bed or deeper bedside drawer can reduce access to the wardrobe. First adjust the complete footprint or bedside storage depth, then reconsider any extra furniture. Set the rug boundary so a usable walking line remains, with its thickness checked against doors and cleaning habits. If repeated wood grain becomes visually heavy, simplify the small cabinet fronts rather than adding more accent colors.

Prioritise the bed and usable storage

Protect the bed’s comfort, overall size and headboard detail first. Quote the wardrobe from the actual storage plan, door operation and approved finish, separating hardware and installation where appropriate. Standard bedside units or a simpler throw can reduce secondary spending while keeping the warm-grain and pale-textile relationship. Compare itemised quotations for the same specification; confirm delivery and installation separately.

Bring the bedroom plan and selected details to Foshan

Prepare a measured plan, the preferred bed and wardrobe views, mattress requirements and the destination. Keep the supplier’s current drawing, labeled covering and grain samples, quantities and quotation together. Ask for any proposed substitution to be recorded before production. Use Kirin’s service and fee pages to decide the scope of local accompaniment, remote work and any separately quoted support.

Plan the wardrobe installation and bed assembly

Check the largest packed bed or wardrobe panel against access doors, stairs and lifts before ordering. Agree protection for the headboard textile, visible wood-grain edges and pendant shades. Clarify wardrobe fixing, leveling, bed assembly and electrical work with the destination providers. At handover, compare parts with the approved version, test drawers and doors with the bed in use, and record item-specific issues for follow-up.

Save the warm bedroom and the detail you want to keep

Save the room or a particular analysis view, then add your bed size requirements, wardrobe needs, room plan, destination and timing to the project brief. Review the WhatsApp draft and send it yourself when ready; visit dates and team preferences remain subject to confirmation.
