Start with drawings and site conditions
The client or their design and building team supplies site measurements and design information. Kirin can coordinate specifications, selection and supplier follow-up. Unless separately agreed, this does not replace local measurement, design approval or construction responsibility.
Separate cabinetry, fronts, fittings and surfaces
Check carcass materials, door construction, finish samples, drawers and hinges, storage fittings, stone surfaces and cut-outs separately. Record brands, models, quantities, dimensions and included fabrication. Similar totals do not establish equivalent specifications.
Confirm appliances, services and production drawings
Provide appliance models and installation requirements, sink and tap positions, service connections and constraints affecting access and doors. Confirm drawing versions, finish samples and fittings before production. Changes require a new confirmation record; an inspiration image is not an order specification.
Checks, packaging and transport scope
Checks use the confirmed order information and record inspectable appearance, dimensions, fittings and packaging. Ordinary site checks are not laboratory certification. Confirm protection for surfaces, hardware and modules against the actual transport plan. International transport and destination charges are quoted separately.
Destination installation and related experience
Installation is handled by the agreed provider. Confirm unloading, handling, assembly, cut-outs and service connections in advance. The existing Melbourne kitchen summary describes client design, custom cabinetry, stone surfaces and storage sourcing. It supports the qualitative scope recorded, not unverified tolerances or savings percentages.
